KidsFest Cake Class- Friday 17th July, 1pm

KidsFest school holiday classes 2026 are held at The Tannery (3 Garlands Road, Woolston).

This is for the Friday 17th of July CAKE CLASS at 1pm.

Suited for ages 10 and up (or from 8 with an adult).

3.5 hours, learn to plan, dam, fill, stack and ice a buttercream cake in a variety of styles. Instead of following a set template, children are encouraged to create their own unique design based on something they would like to make, allowing for full creativity and personal expression.

From this class your child will take home their own palette knife and custom Meraki Cakes scraper so they can continue to practice at home.

Children will learn the skills to ice buttercream perfectly with sharp edges and how to build a sturdy cake base.

They will also take home a fully decorated 6inch cake suited to feed up to 20 people that will surely be a centerpiece at any party.
